TFO Glass...
« on: October 15, 2008, 06:01:12 PM »

Temple Fork Outfitters now has a 6'-9", two piece, 5/6 weight fiberglass fly rod.  It's in the Finesse Series.  The price is $179.  It's faster than old glass rods but slower than graphite.  I had a opportunity to cast it at the Southern Conclave in Mountain Home, AR.  I like it okay.

Okay... I always post a photo.  My first day on the Norfork and my third cast.  I was using a zebra midge under a strike indicator.

Uncle Larry's 15 1/2" brown... photo by Me!
