For you crawfish lovers, check out HawksCrawfish.com.    The best crawfish anywhere...only open during crawfish season.  It may be a little hike for some but well worth the road trip.

Hawks is now open for the season.  We have been twice and the crawfish, though small, are great as usual.  Yes it is in Rayne La, but if you are in the area it is well worth the trip. Give 'em about 3 weeks and the crawfish will be just about perfect!!!!!
