At 4:00 on the 26th the Corp cut the bunger back to a fishable minimum flow. After bungering for 10 days straight, the Corp pulled 3.3 feet off the lake to a level of 542.59, then cut back to what I call minimum flow. As usual I have no idea why they cut back at this time, I thought they would bunger down to at least 540??

Fish while you can, if there are any fish left in the river. It will take a day or so for them to settle in to a different eating mode.

Fished morning of 6/27 at park and it was really slow!!!   Any slower it would have been stopped ☹️.

6/30 Fishing is better since water settled down a bit. It's a little high water, David's rock is under water. Must be at 8% flow. Corp if you're listening, 5% would be perfect for a year round minimum flow. 🥴.

The bunger has been full open for 1 week. With all the rain and water coming in from Langley, the lake has only dropped 1 1/4 foot!!  Boy was I wrong about how long it would take to get back to 540 feet. The lake is at 544.58 at 10:30 this morning, so at least another 10 days!!!

At 10:30 am the Corp full opened the bunger valve. The lake is at 545.82 and still rising. If they pull the lake back to 540 they will have to run water for at least 12 days, that's what I think??🤔. No fishing here for a while.

This afternoon around 3:00pm they opened the Corp closed the bunger valve. Don't think it will stay closed long. With the rains we've had Langley jumped up to over 8 feet, the lake is over 541 feet, so I think they will reopen soon.

13 June @ 4:00 pm:  bunger is still closed!!  Lake is at 542.26??

15 June @ 4:00 am: bunger is still closed!!    Lake is at 543.00??

I fished this morning!!  It wasn't comfortable doing so but it can be done. The water is about a foot higher than the normal minimum flow. David's rock is under  water. I had said yesterday that it was not fishable, I lied. It's fishable but it's up to your elbows!!😬.

In answer to a question: the last fish stocking was last March. I know there won't be any stocked until at least this November, if then??  A lot will depend on the work on the dam.

Really appreciate these updates !!!
Have any fish been stocked lately?

At 9:00am they opened the bunger valve.  It is not fully open but it is past what I consider minimum flow and would be really hard to fish. The lake is at 540.40 foot, we'll see where they stop  🛑.

At noon today with the lake at 540.61 the Corp opened the bunger valve completely. Should take about 1/2 foot a day off the lake. We will see where they stop. Fishing is getting tougher, it's JUNE!!!
