20 March 2025 “ answers to Thursday questions”

As of 5:00am Thursday March 20Th the river is wadeable. They are still running the bunger at 7% or minimum flow. That makes the river a little deep in some of the normal fishing areas. The river is still cloudy, yes almost impossible to see the bottom in over 1 1/2 foot of water.  That makes for tough wading. The water temperature is: COLD!!  It's also 42 degrees air temperature at this time, putting my "50 degree" rule in play. I plan on fishing today at 51 degrees.🥶

Look for fish in places you haven't before. Those areas that were too shallow to hold fish before, are now 2 foot deep, perfect!!  The river needs stocked but there are fish to be had. Hope this answers some of you questions about fishing today!? 

Remember, you can never step in the same river twice.
