Was advised that fish from the Jim Collin's net pens were stocked at Albert Pike last Wednesday the 19th of March. I would bet they were all dumped around the car wash bridge.

Here on the lower river they are still running at minimum flow. No sign of any stocking last week. Hope we get stocked next week, the river could use some fresh fish. Fishing is really slow down river past the couch hole at River Ridge.
