I'll try to answer a few of your questions. At 4:00 am this morning the bunger is still shut down, no flow at all!!  Yesterday the water temp in waste deep water at the Riverside park was 70 degrees, at Hinds bluff it was 82 degrees!!  That's why there is no fishing down river this time of year. Could get scary if the Corp decides not to run any water for a week or two.

Only water coming into the river when everything is shut down at the dam is the runoff from any rain we get.

Was told the repair on the dam should be finished in November or December!🤔🥴

It's summertime fishing! Some days are better than others, just depends on the conditions. If I catch a dozen or so in a two hour period I feel like I've had a good day.

Seems like the Corp is trying to hold the lake level at about 540'.

The divers are steady working on the dam every day.

Yes we are still getting some various hatches. We had a big Hexagenia hatch the other day. Only the second one I have seen on this river. VERY BIG MAYFLIES!! I'm sure there have been many more, I just didn't see them.

Yes Mike, or anybody, does anyone know what, currently, the flow rate on the river is when the bunger is closed? Is it the same as it used to be before they began the work, whenever they weren't generating, or what? Anyone know? I know they still have to be releasing water at the dam from some other valve, but how much?

In my opinion, right now when the bunger is closed, there is ZERO flow!  There may be a drop or two from a leak in the dam, but no flow. That's why water is getting hotter and hotter in the wall hole.
