Thanks Mike.  Do you think they will get the repairs done by September or October?

Ok at this point. Haven't been shut down long. Will see what happens when they shut down for a week or two.

Thanks Mike.  How are the temperatures holding?

At 7:30 am the Corp closed the bunger fully. The lake is at 539.93. Hope they hold there for the weekend. 🤔🥴. River is very fishable.

At 7:30 am the Corp opened the bunger fully. The river is not fishable for us fly guys. The lake is at 541.8, don't know how low they plan to go this time. At this level they can take between 1/2 and 3/4 foot per day off the lake.

The river is running a little more than the 7% minimum flow, it's hard and uncomfortable to fish. David's rock is under water when normal at 7% its sticking out of the water about 8 inches. This is the level that I feel does no one any service. It doesn't pull enough water off the lake to make a difference and it's just about un fishable.

At 4:00 on the 26th the Corp cut the bunger back to a fishable minimum flow. After bungering for 10 days straight, the Corp pulled 3.3 feet off the lake to a level of 542.59, then cut back to what I call minimum flow. As usual I have no idea why they cut back at this time, I thought they would bunger down to at least 540??

Fish while you can, if there are any fish left in the river. It will take a day or so for them to settle in to a different eating mode.

Fished morning of 6/27 at park and it was really slow!!!   Any slower it would have been stopped ☹️.

6/30 Fishing is better since water settled down a bit. It's a little high water, David's rock is under water. Must be at 8% flow. Corp if you're listening, 5% would be perfect for a year round minimum flow. 🥴.

The bunger has been full open for 1 week. With all the rain and water coming in from Langley, the lake has only dropped 1 1/4 foot!!  Boy was I wrong about how long it would take to get back to 540 feet. The lake is at 544.58 at 10:30 this morning, so at least another 10 days!!!
